Many of you read my last blog post on New Years Resolutions and being "All In" in 2017. To me, being "All In" means starting to get serious about self-care and self-compassion. Self-compassion involves giving the same kindness to ourselves as we would give to others. It's important that we carve out time for radical self care. As many of you know I am a planner. I love to have tools that help me prioritize self-care. In 2017, I'm committed to providing you with more free tools that help us get real about loving ourselves.
