30 Day Self Care Challenge

30 Day Self Care Challenge

Hello Friends,

selfcarepromise

Many of you read my last blog post on New Years Resolutions and being "All In" in 2017. To me, being "All In" means starting to get serious about self-care and self-compassion. Self-compassion involves giving the same kindness to ourselves as we would give to others. It's important that we carve out time for radical self care. As many of you know I am a planner.  I love to have tools that help me prioritize self-care. In 2017, I'm committed to providing you with more free tools that help us get real about loving ourselves.

This week, I am inviting you to join me in a 30 Day Self-Care Challenge. I created a free printable self-care log for you! Simply click on the photo below to open the PDF. Next, fill in 5 self care items that you are will commit to doing every day for the next 30 days! Each Day you can check off the items you completed. Good luck!

I was super excited for these cards to arrive because I love using affirmation cards in my work with teenagers. Sometimes teens are hesitant to open up. I find that using affirmation cards...

Speak Your Truth.

Speak Your Truth.

My Iphone wakes me up every weekday morning at 6am. Despite the fact that I will never admit it, I often roll over, pick up my phone, and look through my Facebook newsfeed before finding my way to the kitchen for some coffee and an english muffin. Often I mindlessly scroll through my newsfeed, letting myself wake up, and proceed to immediately forget everything I just saw on my screen....
